What Amity employees are saying...

My friends have asked me why I work at Amity Insurance? The easy answer is — I love my job! For me, the greatest benefit of working at Amity is the work that I get to do and the people I work with. Amity employee-owners are not just my coworkers, but my friends. Many of us have worked for Amity for years. I started out at Amity in 1998 working as a Customer Service Representative. I love the variety of work and the learning curve that goes along with my job. We are an integrated team of employee-owners with a focus on performance and client engagement. We are always reinventing ourselves in response to client needs.

Kathy Gerstl,
Personal Lines Manager

Working at Amity has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in my career from both a professional and personal perspective. Management has always provided the type of leadership and guidance that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. I am especially grateful for the attitude of respect and dignity that is shown to each individual within the organization.

What family owned business makes you feel like you are part of their family? The answer is: Amity Insurance. Amity gives you the tools, education opportunities, and advice that you are looking for. There is always an open door policy. Feeling like a number – just doesn’t happen here. Where can you find a place to work that the principals bring in bagels every Friday and encourage you to come into the lunch room and have your breakfast with them?
